Presenter Guideline

Oral sessions

There will be single oral session on each day of the conference (Thursday and Friday; no concurrent or parallel sessions). Presentations are 10 minutes each, plus question and changeover time. Powerpoint presentations should be prepared in a 16:9 format. The existing computing infrastructure of the venue will be used for all presentations, and the use of personal laptops will not be possible. Presenters are to supply their Powerpoint files upon registration on site for upload for the assigned session.

Poster sessions

All posters will be on display for the entire conference (Thursday and Friday) with dedicated poster sessions during morning and afternoon networking breaks. All posters must fit a vertical poster board with an A0 dimension. Poster presenters are free to utilise all available space on the board as they see fit. Poster mounting materials will be available on site.
